The Pine Forest Architectural Control Committee

Pine Forest in Bastrop, Texas is a deed restricted, architecturally controlled subdivision.  The Pine forest Architectural Control Committee (PFACC) are members of the Pine Forest Property Owners Association (PFPOA) who protect the value and desirability of the properties within this subdivision by enforcing Building Guidelines and Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs) covering both Unit 6, which is in Precinct 1 and Units 7 through 12, which are in Precinct 2. The PFACC also manages the Application for Construction process.

The Architectural Control Committee works hard to ensure guidelines are met and that property values are maintained.  All structures (including but not limited to fences, sheds and new homes) built in Pine Forest require a permit from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

All new projects require an application.

For more information about the permitting process and the ACC go to Building Guidelines. You may email the ACC at PineForestACC@gmail.com.
